Description:

This is just a factory to generate ExternalBytes.
There are no instances of this class!

The difference to ExternalBytes is, that #new: returns unprotected ExternalBytes,
that are not protected from garbage collecteded. ExternalBytes allocated #with new:
are not garbage collected.
